Once your media player is connected to your screen and the internet, simply log in to our cloud-based CMS software via our online portal and update content instantly from anywhere in the world

24/7 Commercial Use: Commercially graded high quality components are used in the design of the media player to ensure that it can be in constant use 24/7. Unlike domestic players, or DVD players, this unit is purpose built to run constantly and is extremely robust.

Multiple Outputs: Depending on the inputs of your existing display, connect the media player via HDMI and 3.5mm audio jack. Plus, easily increase the internal memory or attach more devices thanks to the TF card slot and USB ports respectively for ultimate futureproofing.

Plug and Play Backup: If you lose your internet connection you can still update the media player using a USB stick to keep things simple.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 working days. It can however take up to 7 days depending on your chosen delivery method and stock availability. 

We are always happy to hear from you and give you all available information about status of your order. Order reference number will be required.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

4.1 You can cancel the Order and receive a refund if you notify us as within 24 h OR within 7 days of receiving your order.

4.2 However, this cancellation right does not apply to bespoke branded goods that have been customised to your requirements.

4.3 To cancel the Order, you must email us at sales@bequantum.co.uk or contact our Customer Services team by telephone on 020 3488 3897. If you’re emailing us or writing to us, please include the details of your order (Order reference number is required) to help us identify it. If you send us your cancellation notice by email, your cancellation will be effective from the date you send us the email or post the letter to us. For example, you will have given us notice in time if your letter is posted on the last day of the cancellation period or emailed to us before midnight on same day.

4.4 If you return your product to us unused in its complete original packaging and we’re therefore able to resell it ‘as new’, you’ll receive a refund of the full price of the product. We’re happy for you to unpack the product to inspect it, in the same way you’d be able to inspect it in a shop, but please be very careful until you’re sure you’re going to keep it. If you’ve used the product, had it installed, begun to input/download data or handled it beyond what’s reasonably necessary to inspect it (including removing screen protectors), we may not be able to resell it. This means that where the value of the product is reduced by actions you’ve taken, we may only make a partial refund or charge you for the reduction in value.

Damaged items must be signed for as "Damaged" with the courier upon delivery or refused delivery.

4.5 If goods have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel the Contract then you must return them to us without undue delay – no later than 14 days after the order is delivered. You can either send them back or hand them to our authorised carrier (collection fee will apply). Please use the pre-printed returns labels supplied on your delivery note and contact us (see 4.3) to arrange collection. Restoking fee may apply on some cases at 15% of the order.
